Configure new schedule board views

Hi all,

how can we configure the views on the new schedule board in Field Service?

For example we want to change the columns of "unscheduled Work Orders" and want to hide the "project" tab all together.

Also is it possible to change the fields that are displayed in the booking card for example in the hourly view for booked work orders?

They are not stored in a solution, rather as data in the "Schedule Board Setting" table, column "Settings".

    Hi Dian,

thanks for the reply. I was not aware that settings on the old schedule board will also affect the new schedule board.

So that helped me to configure the settings I needed.

Do you know in which part of the solution the booking templates html are? So that it would be possible to deploy them?

    Thank you

For your first question, you need to edit the views for the Resource Requirements table. This is where you can filter the data and add and remove columns to views. If you want to add the views to a schedule board you can do this by double clicking on the schedule board (tab) you want to modify, then scroll down and expand Requirement Panels. From there you can add the requirement views to the schedule board by selecting a view, naming it and clicking on the + sign. You can hide default requirement panels.

Yes you can change the fields that are displayed in the booking on the schedule board: details on how to do this are here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/field-service/booking-template
