Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue with the "suggestion" products popup in Dynamics 365. When I try to add a related product from the popup, it works perfectly the first time. However, if I try to add another product afterward, nothing happens. The only way to add another product is to reload the entire page.

To summarize:

The first attempt to add a product works as expected.
Subsequent attempts to add another product do not work.
I need to refresh the page to make it work again.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue, or can anyone suggest a fix for this behavior? I'm wondering if it's related to how events are handled in the UI or if there's something wrong with how the popup updates after the first action.

The issue is likely due to a UI bug where event handlers in the product suggestion popup don't reinitialize after the first add.
Fixes:

Try a browser refresh or use incognito mode.

Update to the latest D365 version.

Check for custom scripts interfering.

If it persists, raise a Microsoft support ticket.
