How to get an employees managers email from power automate dataverse (dynamics HR)

Hi everyone,

I'm am creating a automation that sends an email to an employee's manager two weeks out from their original hire date. When I try to get the workers manager details ...the automation fails?

Has anyone come across something like this before?

I was able to connect it another way by getting the user profile (similar to Microsoft forms) by using the employees primary email address:

Hi Henry,

The worker's manager value is null in the Worker's entity. Can you please verify?
