Hi - I have knowledge article in portals. When I open a knowledge article, There's Assocate Category on top navigation (show in image below). I wonder how can I access that Associate Category form (where it resides). Also I want to change the by default view set on this form (shown in image 2). And finally I want to change the values in the dropdown list but I don't know how to find this list. As i'm new to all this, so I don't know where to look or where to find it. Any help please? Thanks

    Hi Partner,

First you need to create Category and the associate the Knowledge Articles.

    Go to Dynamics 365 Portals.

Go to Settings > Service Management >Knowledge Base Management section, select Categories.

Please have a look at below link for more steps:

    Thanks Asif365 that helps

So what I'm looking for, if a category don't have a parent category, then the category shouldn't appear in the dropdown box below. Any idea how can I achieve that?

Also how can I change default view on Associate Category above?

    Thanks

If you don't have parent category to associate then you can remove the default Category.
