In our setup we track all emails from everyone in our contact or account list.
my problem is that my employees can activate tracking on a non tracked email from anyone, including internal email adresses and thereby create a contact in CRM on that person and have all email tracked into CRM.
This is a massive security risk for us as it could be internal confidential mails with information that should'nt be avaiable for reading.
Is there a way to block tracking on specific email adresses?
I have the same problem, this is an extreme security risk when using the option to track all messages.
