Cancel a customer invoice

When a customer disagrees with a price of an invoice and you agree to discount it some to make customer happy, can you just void the invoice, adjust the Work Order with a discount and then repost it to create a new invoice?

    Hi,

    You don’t need to cancel the invoice.

    The discount can be edited in the invoice.

    By the way, adjust the Work Order will not affect the invoice already created.

    You can only add the new product and create the new invoice.
