We have upgraded our Tier1 F&O environments load balancer from basic sku to standard sku but now we are not able to log into our F&O environment. We get the following error.
"Sorry, the server has encountered an error. It is either not available or it can't respond at this time. Please contact your system administrator"
I have reviewed the settings of the Load balancer and the Network security group, but I am not seeing where the issue is.
Could you share some of your settings? Are you failing to remote desktop or to connect to the application via the browser? Or both?
