Hello everyone,
I have configured and installed the field service portal in our environment.I followed the steps of configuration from the below blog:Field Service Portal Configuration
While testing the portal in an "Administrator account" to create a new booking based on service type or service product, once I click on "Book" I get the below error:
https://fieldservice.powerappsportals.com/fieldservice/notfound
Knowing that I am an administrator and I gave the same user the Web API role in the Portal Management app and also I cleared the cache and restarted the portal with no hope.
Any idea why this problem occurs once I try to book what did I miss?
Any help will be highly appreciated.
Are you getting any meaningful error messages in the browser debugger console? You will need to press F12 on the browser and navigate to the Console tab
Hello Thomas,
I checked the console and the errors that I found:
Refused to apply style from 'fieldservice.powerappsportals.com/.../fabric.css' because its MIME type ('text/html') is not a supported stylesheet MIME type, and strict MIME checking is enabled.
More details can be found in the below screenshot:This is strange, any idea why this problem occur?
Thanks!

Hi Venkatesh,
I have two web roles assigned for each of my contact, account, and user and the issue remains the same.
In addition, I already enabled the Asset selection.
Please have a look at the below screenshot(s):Regards,
The error is "failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500" it is not able to retrieve data.
For further investigation you can reach out to Microsoft support.
Regards,
Not sure it its helpful, but I was seeing the error before configuring at least one incident type for portal (Enable C2). Have you done that?
Yes, this error appears in the console.I raised a ticket to Microsoft support to check with them and once they provide the resolution will posted here to help the others.
I have already done that and enabled C2 on two different incidents types, I don't think this is the cause.
Thank you!
Hello,
This is typically seen when the Sales Tax Code is not added to Account associated with logged in contact.
In CRM > Field Service > Account, check if the Account is "Tax Exempt"; if it is not, where Tax Exempt is "No" set a valid Sales Tax Code.
Hello Jonathan,
I have enabled the Sales Tax code to the account that is associated with the logged-in contact with no hope.
The issue remains the same and the portal keeps failing while booking.
Adding to Jonathan baker 's answer. Also check the Pricelist associated with the Work Order. An error is generated if the currency does not match between the Account and the Pricelist.
An effective check is to first try an manually schedule the same Workorder and then see the errors generated. Fix those in the setup and then schedule via the portal.
