Existing email templates are not displaying correctly

The situation is such that the existing email templates, which worked correctly for a while, are now formed incorrectly. The Litmus preview and test email send are showing the same, incorrect interpretation of html which is embedded inside the email content.

Installed marketing version:
Server version: 9.2.23034.00220
Client version: 1.4.5618-2303.4
2023 release wave 1 enabled

Feature switches regarding email editor:

Is there a way to fix existing templates, without creating new ones from scratch?

Could you please share the HTML code here or provide a bit more information regarding the issue?

Where are the emails broken, in all email clients or just some specific ones and which? Is the whole email broken or is custom code added to email broken?
