Normally the system reorganizes the contents of a form in a way that vertical scrollbar is not needed (since everything fits to screen vertically). So are you actually asking how to prevent the system from reorganizing the form elements when it's resized?

I'm not sure if that's possible on general level, but try using Custom form pattern and playing with all size/scaling related properties that you can find.

Is there a business requirement for this? Normally users are not very happy about vertical scrolling and quite often they don't even notice such possibility, therefore ending up missing parts of the form.

    Hi Nikolaos,

I confused between the community, its a question about dynamics AX2012.

Yes it is a business requirement , when I resize the form, there are some informations that doesn't appear for this reason the vertical scroll bar is needed

You posted in Dynamics 365 Finance forum, I will move your post in AX2012 forum. In AX2012 form development is very different so my answer above is not applicable.

Is there any standard form that behaves in the way that you would like to achieve? If yes, please see how that is developed. You can also share the name of such standard form with us if you need help in spotting the correct properties.

In addition to that, in my original answer I mixed vertical and horizontal scrolling so it can be completely ignored :)
