I am sure it is just a setting I am missing. Working great until I updated. Now the Journeys loads the segment but does not process. Any suggestions?

A long time delay is not the expected behavior.
I suggest you create a support ticket for professional assistance following the below procedure.
Thank for the idea but no go. This has now been happening over several weeks with many refreshes and reboots.
I am finding that old journeys are still running with no issues. It is the new journeys created after the update that are hanging on processing.
any other ideas?
