Hi!
I have a list of contacts in excel that I want to upload directly on the segment but I don't see any option to import contacts on the segment.
Please help how am I able to upload contacts directly on the segment.

You can achieve it by some customizations:
1. Create a temporary static type(also target at contact) marketing list to contain your contacts.
2. Import a free solution: Dynamics-365-Workflow-Tools from here, into your instance,
it provides a useful action: Add To Marketing List for us to add contact record into a specific marketing list.
3. During your import contacts period, create a temporary workflow.(you can delete it after everything is done)
The workflow target is on Contact entity, run it at organization scope,
and add step with the action from the solution.
4. In properties settings, set the Marketing list to the list that we created previously,
populate Contact field with dynamic value: {Contact{Contact})
5. Active the workflow and import your data, you can see status for each record in Process Sessions in workflow setting dialog.
6. Result in the temp marketing list:
7. Create a new static segment, click Add by query menu
Find the list by specific criteria and query its members:
You can add all records in segment at one time.
In addition, if you would like to include contacts in a dynamic segment, then you can just add some proper filters for it,
then imported contacts will be added into the segment automatically.(You may need to wait for up to a hour to see final correct size)
