How do I give a user access to screen 04.600.01 to allow them to keep Purchase Orders after they are printed.
The screen is not available in access rights

Do they have access rights to report 04.600.00? This is the Print Purchase Orders report.

Yes , they do have access
Make sure your user isn't getting impatient and closing down the screen before 04.600.01 appears.
The screen is appearing but the options are "greyed out", so it is inaccessible

Can you have the user try this in "Standard Mode"?
Did you ever get a resolution for this. One of my clients getting same issue. Has access but Keep is grayed out. new user.
When you give access to the main screen (40.600.00), you also give access to the sub-screens, Internally SL give the access to the subscreens
