We are currently utilising Resource Cards to manage time costs for staff that have spent time on Jobs. As part of our planning for FY2014, we have entered in Job Planning Lines expected time to be spent by each resource based on the Resource Costs for FY2013. The rates have now been updated for FY2014. This rate change does not update the respective jobs with the new per hour rate for each resource to reflect the change in Resource Costs. Is there a process available to perform a bulk update to reflect the new resource cost for all job planning entries covering the period from say 1 July 2014. This is only for job planning lines and not job ledger entries.
Is there any documentation from Microsoft covering this if its a standard function of NAV.
