
Version 1612 8.2.3.8 As we configure and add products, we are finding it difficult to find where we can actually view them to send work orders for production and fulfillment. If the properties on configured products aren't viewable anywhere, what benefit are they providing? I feel like we must be overlooking some obvious.

I have the same question (0)There is the added need to send confirmations to the customer that we have logged their chosen properties correctly. This was a request from our service reps.
