Hi All,
We have a requirement where third party needs to write/update the Master data for Vendor/Customer into AX 2009.
How we can achieve this, please advice.

There are many things to consider when designing integration and we can't simply tell you how to achieve your requirements without knowing them.
Nevertheless the first thing to consider is using Application Integration Framework (AIF) inside AX; it already supports customers and vendors. Then you need to thing about how to use it. For example, you can import files though the file system adapter or utilize SOAP web services.
