Is there a "standard" way to set-up the equipment card status from Dealer owned to Customer owned?

Seems every time we sell a piece of equipment it does not automatically change the status?

Please advise, thank you.

Can you attach the screenshot of the functionality that you are using? Is it standard functionality or customised one?

Which country localized database are you using?

I believe it is standard, we are in the United States.

    Hi TraciB,

As per your explanation, i think this is a part of MOD(Customization). You need to contact your Microsoft Partner vendor for this issue.

If you can provide the details with Screenshots then we may help.

    Thank you.
