Get Notification about Quote waiting approval activity

Hello Everyone,

I have one Request which in that whenever Quote approval activity stuck in Waiting condition due to SQL Server Error i want to get notification for that to resume the waiting approval activity i don't know how to achieve this exact, So kindly assist me.

    Hi, did you try to create a workflow or plugin by capturing some key words of SQL Error and send an email?
