Hello. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this issue?
Recently, one of my co-workers has had an issue with fields configured for relevance search not showing data in the search results even though there is data in that particular field for that particular contact.
I have had the same experience. I put in a search term, get a list of results, and only some will have data displayed for that particular column while some will not, even though they have information in that field.
Below is an example of this: initially, the search results displayed no data for the "Primary Salutation" field. I then clicked into the contact record to confirm there was data in the field. I then when back to the previous search results screen. Only then was the data displayed. See below. The top result is the initial result, the bottom, after I had clicked into the record, and then clicked back.
I cleared my cache on the faint hope that might do something but that did not solve it.
Thoughts?
