Action bar only show view history option

Hi,

I've created a custom workflow on sale order in MS dynamics ax2012. Refer to this blog. https://dynamicsaxinsight.wordpress.com/2015/02/16/ax-2012-create-custom-workflow/

I've assigned user rights to approve the sales order once the user who created that sales order submitted to apporval user. Now when ever i login with user which have credentials of approval, it show only show view history on action bar.

View history only show pending status on both user. Once I've manually start the workflow from Tutorials_workflowProcessor form , it'll generate an error

"Stopped (error): X++ Exception: Cannot create a record in Alerts - event inbox data (EventInboxData). Inbox ID: 35637155654. The record already exists. at"

After truncate EventInBox table refer to this blog. Nothing much happened.

Hi Zohan,

After the workflow stopped, did you resume the workflow from the history form? If this is not visible, a system administrator would be able to do it.

Both user's have same administrator rights. Now?

If i check details,. this will show this.

I might be wrong here, But what's document type and document refer here ? Kindly suggest me some solutions.

HI Zohan,

This might indicate that there is something wrong in the workflow customization. You can review step by step if you forgot something. You can also search for more related documentation to see if your initial example did not give you all information. Now I see this screenshot, I don't think the resume will be helpful in this case.

As per mentioned steps in the above blog that i've been mentioned, i haven't done any complexity level customization which causes this error.
