How to duplicate Work breakdown structure templates to use same structure in my custom form

I need to create a custom form which resemble like work breakdown structure form in D365 F&O, Please help how to start with. Thank you.

WBS form is one of the complex form in FO where data on the form is handled via a SQL SP. Every time you publish /unpblish new set of data gets written in the table and displayed on the form. If you can explain why you want to create a form similar to WBS someone can help you here.

If you want to create a form which is similar to WBS but with different logic you can refer the design and create your own.
