Subscription Centres for campaigns

Hi All,

How do you manage unsubscribes from specific campaigns?

On our email footer we have a link to the main Subscription Centre (Do not email, Newsletters, etc.) and another link to a Subscription Centre for this campaign (No not email, unsubscribe from this Marketing list).

Each time we create a new Marketing list that will be used for a series of emails, we create a new Subscription Centre for that campaign.

 

Are there any better solutions?

 

My other ideas are to:

Add the campaigns to the main subscription centre with an explanation of the type of emails with each subscription.

Provide a form to unsubscribe from promotional campaigns which would add them to a suppression list that could be added to future email campaigns.

    Hi BeeKay,

    if you can manage your campaigns same way, as eg email newsletters, than I'd advise to add all of them to one subscription center page. With that, C2s will be able to choose which campaigns to subscribe or unsubscribe in one place. In this case you will not need to create a separate form to unsubscribe from each campaign.

    If campaigns are specific to segment or shouldn't be visible to all, then this will not work, however
