I have the requirement to restrict the attachment button on the security role. Consider the below screenshot

I have suggestion for this. But don't think it will work. But you can try this as workaround.
Duplicate the privilege "DocumentHandlingEssentials" - On the entry point set all the entry point items "Access level" to "No access".
Now add the duplicate privilege to your custom roles.
Now you can assign that role and check.

Can you explain if it needs to be restricted on one form, some form or all forms? For one user, multiple users, all users? Please elaborate.
