Dear all,
we are using Dynamics customer voice to request feedback for a closed support ticket to evaluate the results for a ticket which has been previously solved.
The ticket id is essential for evaluating the survey. Ticket number and ticket title can be transferred to the survey without any issues.
However the ticket number and the ticket title is not transferred to the report

In the report we can either see no variables or wrong variables.
Any ideas how we can modify the link to transfer the answer option and the variables in the survey and the report?
