Old SSRS report design

Hi,

I must to do changes in SSRS report. Report have two lists of designs:

In left side there are designs that shows AOT or Visual studio application explorer. In right side is what shows visual studio designer and what can i eddit. In Xpo are defined different:

Left side designs are:

SSRSREPORTDESIGN
PROPERTIES
Name #A4Portrait3x5_ShelfReport
ENDPROPERTIES

Right sude designs are:

Ax application is calling old stile designs, it is designs from the left side, but I can;t do any modifications for these designs. More over, if I do any modification for designs in right side, left side designs dissapears at all.

Is it possible to convert old stile designs to new stiles?

Or is it any other solution how to use old stile designs?
