Dear Experts,
I displayed 3 fields (Vendor Name, GRN Number and Manufacturer Name) on Batches. But one of our user could not watch these fields, there is no security roles issue. What happened when i go to development area and compile and refresh the cashe it will show all these fields but when we close the application and again open all the fields will go hide.

Compile should not change anything if code was not changed.
So if I understand correctly, the fields become visible after you "refresh cache" but if the user restarts their client, the fields are not visible anymore. Correct?
What exactly do you mean by "refresh cache"?
My suggestion is to:
- Clear usage data of this form (for the user who has the issue)
- Clear .AUC files in the client installation directory
You also said that "there is no security role issue". Does this mean that you have tried to give admin role to the user but the issue still persists? If you didn't yet try it, please do. Just to completely rule out any security related issues.
By the way, to me it looks that all the fields in the two screenshots are different. Not only the ones that you marked with red.
