A/P Check Date Format on Report ID 10411

Hi:

I'm modifying the A/P check layout of Report ID 10411 for check in the middle with stub on top and bottom.

I need the dates on the stubs and the check to be mm/dd/yyyy.

So, in Report Builder I modified properties of the text boxes to reflect this.

That did not work, because the date still prints as September 30, 2022 instead of 09/30/2022.

Next, I went into the Bank Account Card and changed the two fields for check date format and check date separator to reflect mm/dd/yyyy.

Still, no joy.

How do I change the format of the date, then?

Thanks!

John

    Hi,

Please refer to the Bank Account card's field for Check date format and separator, reset the text field. and then check if success.

We also have those fields in customer card, please check there too.

    Hi Nitin:

Yes, changing the fields in the vendor card proved successful.  Thank you, Sir!

I have never had the need to select these fields in a vendor card, before.

Will this change need to be conducted for each vendor one by one, or is there a way of doing so for all vendors at once?

    Thanks!

    John

    Hi,

    Your welcome.

Yes choose Config. package to update the field for all master records, or Edit in excel or Create a custom report to update the records.

    Thanks.
