Not sure if it's a recent thing but I noticed a huge jump in failed asyncoperation records that pushed my database capacity usage way up. I had a look at what it is and it seems to be a whole bunch of failed asyncoperation records for omnichannel. Specifically the name of the asynoperation record is:
Microsoft.Dynamics.OmnichannelReferenceDataSyncPlugins.Plugins.PostOperationAssociateEventAsyncPlugin: Associate of any Entity
The friendlymessage of the error is:
OrganizationServiceFault: Omnichannel is not provisioned for this org.
It's correct I've never provisioned Omnichannel for my environment but why are asyncoperation failure records being created? A lot of them are being created as well. About 100k failed asyncoperations per day for this.
