I'm looking to customize the model driven app for Dynamics 365 App for Outlook.

In particular I would like to change the forms being used for Account, Opportunity and Contacts. I can open the app in Edit, I can swap the form, but get an error when publishing..

An error has occurred: -2147155667

Hi Mark TVC,

Based on my test, when I remove the forms in this app, I get the same error with yours.

However, when I switch to classic, it can be changed successfully. So, you can edit it in the classic interface. Please follow the steps:
