Reports: Grouping and Counting Records in a report

Hi All,

I wanted to count the total number of accounts in each industry and hence created a report with appropriate grouping. The report lists all accounts under each industry segment. There is also a count against each industry segment. But the problem is there are more than 250 pages of data. So if I needed to find the numbers in each industry segment, I will have to navigate each of those 250 pages. Is there any way in which the account names will not be displayed or can be minimized and I can see only the industry segments and the number of records in each industry segment?

For Ex:

Food & Beverages - 250

Oil & Gas - 300

Energy Generation & Distribution - 400

... etc.

    Hi Nitesh,

Thanks for this. I have requested our IT guys to take this up. Is there no way to do this from within the CRM at the user level?
