Portal Comments Issue

Hi All, 

    I am having a problem with display of Portal comments in timeline of crm entity, when logged in with admin user, display in time line is fine the details such as Entity, Created By, Created on & descriptions are displayed, kindly refer to below image

But when we log in using test user then the time line not displaying any details, as in below image

We are using card form to display the details in timeline, the issue happens in customer Service Hub App.

    Hi Ganesh,

    Your test user does not have same privilege on notes entity as system admin has. Please check their security role and give organization level read privilege on notes entity.

    Are you able to click the ellipsis (...) and click “Open entity record”? Then it’s not an access issue.

    How about some other activity like Task, Email? Same experience?

    Can you switch between card form & default fields to see any difference?
