To show custom message based on Customer Status in Partner Portal

Hi All,

I have a business requirement to show custom message to portal login user based on option set field field value in D365 Partner portal.

Example: When a survey is submitted and he tried to login, we need to show it like Welcome back and click here to submit the survey.. Also, few other custom messages based on the option set field (status) value in the poral. 

Could you please help me how this can be done.
