Hi ,

i opted to reset the Datamart for Dynamics 365 FO - cloud based environment. now after 12 hours the system is not showing me any reports. when i checked the Integration Status it is showing me still 11 tasks not completed.

how much time it might take to get completed ? anyone faced this thing before and what is way out ?

first execution takes time to sync up

it seems the service needs a restart and then then try resetting and suggest

Hi Muhammad,

If it's not a PROD and not Self-Service environment you can do it by the guidance provided in docs.microsoft.com/.../reset-financial-reporting-datamart-after-restore, otherwise you need to create a ticket to MS and request DataMart reset.

thanks - we opened the ticket with Microsoft , i think they have reset the services and the reports are now displaying.

i think Microsoft need to optimize this cycle, if the user has access to data mart refresh it should trigger the services reset automatically.
