Hi

We are facing issues with one of my customer when executing BAS report. Below is the screenshot

The error appearing is GL Tax Transaction not found in GL tables.

The scenario is the user enter the Bank Decrease adjustment entry and entered the tax information. After they realized that the transactions is not needed and they voided the bank decrease adjustment entry. When they run the BAS report after that the system is giving this error.

I would like to now what will be the solution for this issue. Please guide me.

    Hi Durai,

    I am now receiving the same error however it occurs using the Tax button on the journal entry screen, did you ever come up with a solution\cause. It looks like there is a mismatch between the sequence numbers between GL20000 and TX30000 tables
