Change fields in Opportunity Product list view for Focused View

Posted on by 3

Hello everyone

On our Dynamics CRM test environment, we've enabled the Focused View for the Opportunity Product entity (OOB entity).
When we go in our app, and look at the opportunity products using the focused view, we see a list on the left with all the opportunity products, which is correct.
But we would like to customize the fields in this list.

I know I can do this by clicking on the '...' and picking Settings.

When I try to do this for an entity that has, by default, the focused view enabled (Lead, Account, Contact and Opportunity), I have no issue and the window opens correctly.
But when I do this for the opportunity product, the application freezes and the tab crashes. And after a while, my browser will show a message that the tab is no longer responding.

I have tried this on our test/dev environment as well as our UAT, and I've tried this using different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) with the same result.
Putting the environment in Administrator mode also didn't help.
I have tried adding a new card form to the app, but that didn't do anything.

I've also tried to use the sales hub > Sales Accelerator feature, because it contains the same customization window than when you use the settings option for account etc.
But I cannot add the Opportunity Product entity to the entity types for the Sales Accelerator.

If anyone knows how I can customize the shown fields, please let me know.

I appreciate any help and feedback!
Thanks in Advance

    Hi,

    I'm afraid that's not possible.
I encountered the same issue as you in my testing.
When I followed the official documentation to add the Opportunity Product entity to the entity record in the Sales Accelerator, I found that this entity does not fulfill the conditions.
