Hi All,
We are using Automatic Case creation rules for converting Emails to Cases.
When a case is created by these rules, description of the case has some strange text as shown below.
v\:* {behavior:url(#default#VML);}o\:* {behavior:url(#default#VML);}w\:* {behavior:url(#default#VML);}.shape {behavior:url(#default#VML);}
Please suggest how to get rid of this.

This is VML code, did you use IE browser?
And was there any html tab in your description field in email templete?
Please kindly share what's the component did you fill in the descripiton field templete.
I tried in my instance with automatic case creation rules and it worked well.

There was a mapping error in our case creation rule. We have corrected this. Hope this works.
