In Dynamics AX 2012 In product Information management after click release product only One material code show what the issue there are so many material code available but it shows only one

I think there some sort of User Authorization that's why he is showing only one product to those user.
how can I check or is there any authorization for user.
You should confirm that others user are able to see other released product in the same "Entity".
For the user to see one released product, other should appear if they exist.
