Can someone tell me what tables contain the security setup and user assignments for field level security?
Also, what is the difference between an Alternate or Modified report or window?
Thanks!

Hi David
Field Level Security is trigger based as does not create Modified or Alternate windows. It does work on Modified and Alternate windows, but only on fields that exist in the original window.
Alternate windows can only be created by a developer using Dexterity. Modified windows can only be created from original or alternate windows by using Modifier. They cannot be created by code.
Field Level Security is independent and separate to normal security. It is only applied if a user is allowed to open the window by normal security.

Thanks David. I do have some additional Questions:
1) Does Field Level Security create an Alternate or Modified Window that I need to be concerned about in the Normal Setup using a SECMODALTID?
2)Does Field Level Security show up in any of the Standard Security Tables(SY10600, SY10700, SY09400 etc.) or is a completely separate entity from bath a database and administrative level with the application?
thanks!
Tim beat me to it. His answers are correct. Let know you any further questions. David (Original developer of Field Level Security)
Advanced Security Setup = WDC41101
Field Level Security Master = WDC41300
Field Level Security Relationship = WDC41500
Alternate report or window = report or window from another dictionary built to replace a report or windows from MS Dyn GP (Dictionary 0)
Modified Window = A window changed using customization tool - Modifier
Modified Report = A report changed using customization tool - Report Writer
You can have Modified Alternate windows.
