Populating Sales Taker name by default

Hello AX 2012 Experts,

I need some help to automatically populate the sale responsibility and sales taker fields in AX 2012 R2 (Image below). From my reseach this is what I have done so far:

1. For each sales taker I have gone to Administration->user-> and create a relation to the users.

2. I have also add persons to HR->Worker

From the image if I click on Sales responsibility I can se the users but I would love for it to go in the area automatically a it is time consuming to go to the header and select their name.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

I noticed a few user would come out normal but some users not appearing. Could this be a configuration issue. I inherit the site for someone else and is not learning Ax 2012 R2

    Thanks a mil guys it's now working. When creating the relation I saw two of the same worker. I selected the other one and it work like a charm.thanks again.

    Hi Lionel07,

    To get the sales taker and sales responsible automatically on a sales order kindly follow and validate following steps in your enviorement

    1> Create a new employee in the payroll module

    2> Check the party ID of the employee in the global address book and link the same party ID to the user

    3> Navigate to the user in the system administration module and link the party ID to this user.

    Create a new sales order the employee will default automatically. Also make sure there are no duplicates party ID for this user in global address book and you are linking the correct party ID which has roles as an employee.

    Link is between Party ID - Employee and User and if anything is wrongly linked then the employee will not default.

    I had seen a cases where there were multiple party created for the same employee and the user was linked with party one party ID and employee with another.

    As far as I know, all you need is the relation between the AX user and the HR Worker.

    For one of the users where it is not working, can you try this:

    Go to the AX user at Sys Admin -> Common -> Users -> Users. Hit 'Relations'. Delete the existing user relation. Then hit 'New'. In the 'Person' drop-down, select 'Filter persons by Worker'. Then choose the Worker and hit OK.

    Test if it works now.
