Need help - Error message when pulling the employeeV2 from the excel workbook

Posted on by 281

Hi everyone,

I am trying to download the employeeV2 report.

However, I am receiving this error in the excel workbook:

"

  • An error occurred while retrieving the row count of entity EmployeeV2. Error details: The source was not found, but some or all event logs could not be searched. To create the source, you need permission to read all event logs to make sure that the new source name is unique—inaccessible logs: State.

It won't pull any of the data. Does anyone know why this is occurring? I have system admin rights on my account.

Regards,

Henry

    Hi Komi,

Downloading the report works normally, but when I open the excel report and wait for the data to load, it never load and then shows this failure:

    Hello,

Are you having this error while downloading the export data or during the export job itself?

    What version is your environment?
