Unable to activate config. set up in IOM

Hi,

When I try to activate my configure system connections I am getting this error:

Error : An unexpected error occurred from ISV code. (ErrorType = ClientError) Unexpected exception from plug-in (Execute): Microsoft.Dynamics.IOM.ProviderIntegrationBaseService.Actions.ActivatePlatformConnections: System.TimeoutException: Couldn’t complete execution of the Microsoft.Dynamics.IOM.ProviderIntegrationBaseService.Actions.ActivatePlatformConnections plug-in within the 2-minute limit.

I have been working through this issue the past few days. I have deleted all my connections and restarted, pressed activate 100+ times, troubleshot with some videos and instructions but still seem to be having an error when trying to activate my configuration set up. Something I noticed that is different between the tutorial's and my system is the connection link... I don't have the option to paste it (see below) but all of my connectors are supposedly linked... Not sure what I am missing here.
