Critical status of a batch job falls off after executing

Hi, we have noticed that a batch job that has a critical flag set to On changes to off after the job executes on a regular basis. Any suggestions what to check to identify the cause?

Hi partner,

To monitor batch jobs, you can set up alerts. Alerts can be sent when the batch job succeeds, fails, or has finished running.

After a batch job has been processed, you can view the history. The history includes any messages that were encountered while the job was running.

Could you collect more details about it ?

Thanks for the response Will. The batch job/batch job task both execute successfully, however the status changes from critical to null after the execution. What details can I gather please?
