ReportWe have set up various segments that are aligned to our inbound traffic of leads. We have done this to automate the distribution of leads throughout the business.
We have set up our segments and assignment rules, in the UAT, to a round robin distribution across our sales team.
During testing, we discovered the round robin distribution method is not considering the segment the lead was assigned to and categorising leads as the same value. Despite assignment rules being specific to segments, This results in an equal distribution across all leads rather than an equal distribution within segments.
