Changing Workfolow approval userid

Hi Experts,

I want to change workflow approval userid for example one of senior dept manger wants he is using user id(abc) for approval(PR(Purchase Requisition)) it should be approve from (xyz) not from (abc).

    I'm not able to fully understand your question. Is it about delegation or setup of another user?

    Hi Shabir,

    I'm just wondering why the senior dept manager wants to change user id for workflow approval.

    Doesn't it work to create individual users and assign user for (xyz) as a approver of the workflow?
