Update CRM status reason on another entity

Hi,

I am busy with a delivery application. Upon changing the status reason on delivery, I would like it to trigger and change the status reason on another entity, Does anyone with any ideas?

    You have multiple ways to implement your requirement - plugin, workflow with Custom Workflow Activity, or Power Automate Flow.
