Am I able to create a subscription for Management Reporter reports? Any help appreciated.

Not that I know of. How do we check what access they have in the MR report library? He currently has Designer permissions in MR. By the way, we did try to have him create ReportSchedule yesterday and got denied permissions. He has owner permission on the SharePoint site.

Hi, What access rights do your colleagues have to the MR report library? Have you put some restrictions in place that would restrict them from viewing the report?

Hi Dr. Ludwig, Just an fyi, I am able to publish to SharePoint now and run the report. For some reason, when another user tries to access the report (he can run the report in MR), he gets the following error:

MANAGEMENT REPORTER

this report can't be displayed

Make sure that you have access to one of the following items:

A unit in the reporting tree

The report in the Management Reporter report library

Work with your administrator to determine if you have access.

MR version is 2.12.14001.45 and AX version is AX 2012 R3

Hi,

This looks a bit different from what I have seen before. Yet, if you click on the second link, doesn't a new site open and show the reports?

If it does not can you let us know the exact MR version and the exact Ax2009 version that you operate?

What happens if you click on the element that has been created on SharePoint?

Doesn't this open the report(s) in a webbrowser?

How does your Sharepoint site that holds the report output look like?

If you click on the file doesn't the report open?

If it does not, can you share details (screenprints) how you uploaded the reports to Sharepoint?

I am able to upload the reports to SharePoint site, but the report is an .aspx file. When I click to open, I do not get option to open with Excel, Report Viewer or XPS Document. Am I missing something?
