Dynamics GP 2012R2 what is the highest supported Server OS?

We're on Server 2012R2 and SQL 2014 so the extended support will end in October and are thinking of options - can we go to 2016, 2019 even?

I wasn't able to find anything definitive online but if anyone's running such setup and can advise, that'd be great.

There isn't a GP 2012 R2, so I'm thinking you mean GP 2013 R2. If so, you can find the System Requirements here:

learn.microsoft.com/.../mdgp2013_system_requirements

As well, we have System Requirements for GP 2016 and GP 2018/18.x online as well. That's where you'll find all your information on supported Windows and SQL Server versions and editions.
