Uploaded custom 3D objects can't be utilized in a Guide Step

Hello and I hope you're all doing great!

I have an inquiry about using custom 3D assets in Guides.

I have created some 3D models in .glb format and they fall within the recommended parameters (less than 10 MB, less than 50,000 triangles, single material).

I can upload them into a guide step and the model preview shows, but in the Hololens the 3D element tile has a big yellow /!/ in the corner and I can't do anything with it.

I would appreciate your insights into any critical model parameter I might need to make the asset usable in Guides.
