It is known that for several user related settings, like creating a user or a profile, or adding a role to a user (user personalization) only works with language on ENU (English).

    hi,

if the user has added a profile, delete it.

maybe you have a problem with your language module. reinstall it.

    best regards

    Hello Fredrik,

I have faced the same issue in the past with NAV2013 and it worked by doing what Marcelo is suggesting. Changing the language to enu worked for me too :-)

    Hello Fredrik,

I'm facing the same situation on my NAV 2013 version. Curiously, it only happens when the system is set to PTB (Brazilian Portuguese) language. When it's set to ENU, it works.

Did you find a solution for this?

    Thank you very much

    Greetings from Tectura Germany!

Well, at least all published KB articles do not mention such a problem; and in my German installation I've never encountered such an issue.

However, you should test the latest build that is currently available, maybe it is already fixed but not documented. https://mbs2.microsoft.com/Knowledgebase/KBDisplay.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;2787840

You should also check your windows event log for a usable error message.

If even the latest build does not solve your problem, you should open a support case at Microsoft to get that fixed.
