Could you provide some more detail on what you are looking for? Are you just looking to set up a leave plan that accrues certain leave amounts based on the employee's month of service or to have a plan where employees accrue their leave on their seniority date rather than on a specified date that is the same for everyone?

In D365 HR I have already setup leave plan with seniority date, What I expect System should run accrual in background (not manual accrual leave plan) on the seniority date.
Currently manually accruing the leave plan for each employee on there seniority date. To avoid this manual process looking for some solution in setup if anything I missed.

Ok, you need to set up the batch job it sounds like. Go to Leave and Absence --> Links --> Accrue Leave and Absence
Select Batch Processing to have it run in the background and set up your recurrence to whatever you would like. That will have your accruals run automatically.
